Carolina Gold’s leadership team’s top priority for the organization is to maintain a safe and inclusive environment while providing an enriching membership experience.
Carolina Gold takes harassment and misconduct very seriously and we strive to be very clear about what is, and is not, acceptable behavior by our members, staff, and volunteers.

Carolina Gold has adopted this Member Safety document aimed at eliminating opportunities for abuse, bullying, harassment, and discrimination within the organization.
Our Code of Conduct Policy outlines the regulations, policies, and procedures that apply to all participants, board, staff, volunteers, and contractors that will work within the organization. The information and policies contained in our Member Safety Policy center around ensuring a standard of excellence, enrichment, inclusion, and safety that are essential to the experience in the activity.

We will consistently review our policies to make sure they are relevant and up to date and the document is a comprehensive and current set of guidelines and standards, and which are subject to change at any time and without notice.
