Patrick Sloan returns to Carolina Gold, where he is a Co-Founder and former Executive Director. Foundational dynamics have long played a role in both Patrick’s career, hobbies, and marching-arts journey.
In addition to his home at Gold, Patrick is proud to be a founding alumnus of Carolina Crown and Atlanta CV, and has leveraged that experience to successfully design, instruct, consult, and adjudicate marching-music experiences across the country.
Professionally, Patrick is the owner and executive of Element Learning Inc., a global Leadership and Development Training organization specializing in immersive design, innovative learning modalities, and data analytics.
While very busy, he enjoys playing Flugelhorn, watching soccer, and spending time with his wife Caroline, adult son Gryphon, and fox terrier Sally.
